2. Data We Collect

Account data (username, email), profile data (name, bio, avatar), usage/activity events, support requests, payment/payout records, and compliance records (consents, privacy requests).

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data to operate accounts, publish and deliver notes, process purchases/payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, send service messages, and deliver optional marketing/digest emails.

4. Legal Bases

Depending on region, we rely on contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent (for optional marketing messages).

5. Sharing

We share data only with trusted processors (hosting, email, payments), legal authorities when required, and as needed to enforce terms or protect rights.

6. International Transfers

Data may be processed in multiple countries. We apply contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as required for service operation, legal obligations, security/fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. OTP and telemetry logs are periodically cleaned up.

8. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, and deletion via Data Requests. You can also export/delete account data from profile settings.

9. Email Preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing/digest messages using links in emails or via Profile Settings.

10. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
